Special Angular Contact Ball Bearing

The special angular contact ball bearing units produced by our company have three structures:

※ An inner ring and two and a half outer rings are combined, belonging to the ultra-thin wall series;

※ An outer ring and two and a half inner rings are combined, and there are ultra-thin wall series, standard series and heavy series;

※ An outer ring (three grooves), a small inner ring and a large inner ring are combined. There are standard series and heavy series, which are flange-mounted bearings.

The characteristics of this type of bearing are: compact structure, small size, light weight, easy installation and maintenance.

Both sides of the standard series and heavy series bearings are sealed, lubricated with grease or thin oil, and designed with a relubrication structure. After assembly, the bearing is configured in star O type (DB), and preload is applied through a precision locking nut. It can withstand axial and radial loads at the same time.

The special angular contact ball bearing are mainly used in aviation, aerospace and weapon systems; standard series and heavy series bearings are mainly used in ball screw support transmission in weapon systems and high-precision CNC machine tools and machining centers.
