ZKLN Screw Support Bearing

ZKLN screw support bearing is a support bearing with an integrated outer ring and double row thrust angular contact ball structure without mounting holes. This series has four structures: sealed series ZKLN..-2RS, ZKLN..-2Z, ZKLN..-2RS-PE and ZKLN..-2RS-2AP matched bearings. Due to the improvement in raceway accuracy and raceway quality, compared with standard bearings, the contact stress between the rolling elements and the raceway is significantly reduced under the same load. The improvement of quality reduces the friction and temperature rise of the bearing, thereby reducing the operating resistance, reducing the lubrication resistance, extending the life of the grease, and at the same time, under appropriate circumstances, the relubrication cycle is extended. Under low-friction conditions, the efficiency of the bearing arrangement increases simultaneously.

The ZKLN screw support bearing is equivalent to a structure with two sets of one-way bearings arranged back to back. It is inseparable, with one outer ring and two inner rings, and the contact angle is 60°. The bearing can withstand radial and axial loads in both directions. The preload (pre-set at the factory) is achieved by tightening the two halves of the inner ring on the screw drive shaft with a precision locking nut. The outer ring of the ZKLN screw support bearing has standardized annular grooves and lubricating oil holes, which can be easily and reliably relubricated when necessary. The ZKLN screw support bearing is filled with high-performance grease during production, and the grease filling process can be omitted. If necessary, grease can also be replenished from the oil hole. The contact seal ring is used to reduce wear and heat while maintaining good sealing performance.
