CRBH High Rigidity Crossed Cylindrical Roller Bearings

CRBH high rigidity crossed cylindrical roller bearings adopt an ultra-thin design and have no mounting holes on the outer and inner rings, so flanges and support seats are required for installation. In addition, since the outer and inner rings are integral structures, installation has no effect on performance, so stable rotation accuracy and torque can be obtained, which is suitable for occasions where the outer and inner rings rotate but miniaturization is required. The inner and outer rings of CRBH high rigidity crossed cylindrical roller bearings are both integral structures, and the dimensions are exactly the same as those of RB series and RE series crossed roller bearings, but the outer ring is equipped with a roller plate hole structure, so both the inner and outer rings can obtain strong transmission accuracy, and both the inner and outer rings can be used in rotation. The CRBH series can replace RB series crossed roller bearings and RE series crossed roller bearings.

Common types include standard cross roller bearings, ultra-thin cross roller bearings, thin cross roller bearings, high rigidity cross roller bearings, and high rigidity cross roller bearings with mounting holes. Crossed roller bearings are available in types with cages, separators, and full rollers. Cages and separators are suitable for parts with low friction coefficients and high speeds, while full rollers are suitable for parts with low speeds and heavy loads. Crossed roller shafts are available in open and sealed types. The sealed type has a special synthetic rubber sealing gasket installed on the side of the bearing, which has an excellent sealing effect for dust and grease leakage. However, excess grease may be discharged during initial operation. The operating temperature range of cross roller bearings is -20 to 120°C. However, the maximum allowable temperature of the models with separators and seals is 110℃, and 100℃ for continuous operation.
