ZARN Needle Roller/Thrust Cylindrical Roller Bearings

ZARN needle roller / axial cylindrical roller bearings consist of an outer ring with radial and axial raceways, two shaft washers, an inner ring, a radial needle roller and cage assembly, and two axial cylindrical roller and cage assemblies. ZARN needle roller / axial cylindrical roller bearings do not have mounting holes. ZARN needle roller / axial cylindrical roller bearings are mounted in the housing bore and the outer ring is fixed by a bearing cover. The bearing is locked onto the shaft with a lock nut. With stepped locating washers ZARN..-L has a stepped locating washers that are extended on one side. These series are mostly used when the washers cannot be adequately supported axially by a shaft shoulder or when the washers cannot be sealed on the outside of the bearing unit due to external space restrictions in the adjacent construction. Needle roller / axial cylindrical roller bearings are not self-retaining bearings. The individual bearing components are matched to each other. The individual components of different bearings must not be interchanged during mounting.
