Spring bushing bearings

Spring bushing bearings are mainly used in continuous casting machines. Spring bushing bearings mainly include inner and outer rings of a helical spring structure, rolling elements, cages, end covers, and outer shells of the outer rings. The two ends of the shells fit the end covers, and there is a gap between the shells and the outer rings. A journal is provided on the inner side of the inner ring, and a circular left sealing plate and a right sealing plate are provided on the journals. During processing, the bearings undergo rolling, annealing, quenching, high-temperature tempering, shaping, cutting off the spiral tails of the inner and outer rings, and outer diameter grinding. Since the inner and outer rings are helical spring bodies, temperature changes allow the inner and outer rings to freely expand and contract in the axial and radial directions, so they will not get stuck during work. The gaps in the inner and outer rings of the helical spring bodies can store grease and foreign matter, which is conducive to lubrication and removal of foreign matter, and is beneficial to increasing the life of the bearing. The helical spring body makes the bearing elastic, they can withstand impact resistance, and maintain normal operation under flexural deformation.
