YRT Rotary Table Bearings

  • YRT bearings consist of a thrust/radial seat ring, a thrust/radial shaft ring, a thrust washer, two needle roller cage assemblies and a set of radial cylindrical rollers. The seat ring and shaft ring have evenly distributed mounting screw holes. This type of bearing has high axial and radial load capacity. YRT bearings are usually used to support rotary tables, indexing heads and multi-axis heads of machining centers. MONTON can provide YRT bearings with inner diameters ranging from 50mm to 1030 mm. YRT bearings can withstand radial loads, bidirectional axial loads and moment loads, whether these loads act alone or in any combination. There are evenly distributed mounting holes on the bearings, which can be directly fixed to the bearing enterprise by bolts: the bearings are preloaded when leaving the factory, and there is no need to adjust the clearance during installation; this series of products is suitable for occasions with relatively low speeds, short operating time cycles, and high requirements for alignment and precision.

YRT turntable bearing is a kind of rotary mechanism with outer ring rotating and inner ring supporting. It is mainly divided into four series: YRT bearings, YRTC bearing, YRTS bearings and YRTM bearings. These four series of bearings have the same installation dimensions, different internal structures and similar performance. YRT series bearings are composed of three rows of rollers. Two rows of axial rollers ensure stable axial load capacity, and one row of radial rollers ensures that the bearing can withstand radial force and overturning moment, which is suitable for axial load-bearing rotary mechanisms. YRT turntable bearings are mainly used in CNC machine tool manufacturing as its core components.
YRT standard series, YRTC series and YRTS high-speed series all have high rotation accuracy and can withstand radial loads, bidirectional axial loads and overturning moments. They are suitable for high-precision and combined load-bearing occasions such as turntables, faceplates, milling heads and reversible fixtures. There are mounting holes on the bearing rings, which are very convenient to install. After installation, axial and radial preloads ensure high precision and high rigidity. MONTON has a complete size series, which can be used for turntables of different sizes. The appearance and installation dimensions of turntable bearings of different series are the same, which is suitable for selecting the appropriate series according to different environmental requirements.
The operating temperature range of YRT, YRTC, YRTS, and ZKLDF series turntable bearings is -30℃ to +120℃.
