The corrosion-resistant bearings with coatings provided by MONON can protect the bearings from corrosion and greatly extend their lifespan in harsh environments. The coating is usually attached to the surface of the bearing material to achieve corrosion resistance. The coating is usually silver plating, zinc plating, nickel plating, etc. Coatings can be used for any form of bearing and are suitable for the vast majority of materials used in bearings. Its biggest advantage is that it can utilize inventory of ordinary material bearings to economically transform them into wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant bearings. The coating provides corrosion protection for the bearing and significantly enhances the wear resistance of the sliding surface in contact with the cage. The surface micro structure of the coating helps to distribute lubricants, strengthen the base metal, reduce or eliminate wear and jamming, lower friction, make bearings easier to install, and is beneficial to the environment. This type of bearing is commonly used in aerospace motors, general industrial machinery, vacuum machinery.
MONON stainless steel slim bearings are suitable for applications with high precision and corrosion resistance requirements. The 440C stainless steel thin-walled bearings provided by MONON can work near corrosive chemicals and under conditions where lubricants cannot protect the bearings from corrosion. Ultra clean bearings are not coated with anti rust oil and can be used immediately. All bearings made of stainless steel materials also use stainless steel balls. Stainless steel slim bearings can provide structures such as deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, and four point contact ball bearings. They are usually made of stainless steel raceways, brass or non-metallic retainers, commonly stainless steel balls or ceramic balls, and meet the needs of special working conditions.
Non standard ultra slim bearings for aerospace are an important component of aerospace equipment. Aerospace bearings need to meet the requirements of high reliability, high precision, high temperature resistance, high speed, long life, low noise, corrosion resistance, good sealing performance, and easy maintenance. In order to meet the strict requirements of the aerospace industry, aerospace bearings have adopted advanced technologies in materials, design, manufacturing, and processes. For example, commonly used materials for aerospace bearings include high-strength steel, titanium alloys, ceramics, etc; In terms of design, aerospace bearings adopt high-performance structures and lubrication schemes; In terms of manufacturing, aerospace bearings adopt high-precision machining processes and strict quality control measures.
MONON aerospace non-standard ultra slim bearings can be provided in metric, imperial, and non-standard customized thin-walled bearing series. MONON can provide thin-walled bearings with a maximum inner diameter of 1.5mm and a thickness of 2.5mm, usually using 440C/X105CrMo17 material and phenolic resin cage, as well as special material processes for holding. Ultra thin wall bearings are typically used in light load environments, with the main goal of reducing weight and saving space. Ultra thin wall bearings are suitable for very narrow spaces.
MONTON slim bearing range from bore diameters 1.000 inch to 40.000 inches. crosssection range from .187 x .187 inch to 1.000 x 1.000 inch . MONOTN's slim bearing mainly in three configurations (Types A angular contact ball bearing, C deep groove ball bearing and X four point angular contact ball bearing).Seals type mainly include angular contact ball bearing and deep groove ball bearings.
MONTON bearings can supply different internal clearances, lubrication, cage, and other characteristics, which can meet the needs of most customers. If you need non-standard customized bearings and special environments bearings , please contact our with technical team!
