Sealed slim deep groove ball bearings

The sealed slim bearings is installed on the outer ring of the bearing and is in direct contact with the inner ring to keep the lubricant inside the bearing from flowing out and prevent foreign substances from entering the bearing. Proper design and installation of bearing seals can help improve the wear resistance of bearings, ensuring their cleanliness and proper lubrication.

A seal is more effective, but requires more turning effort (torque), generates more heat, and as a result, has a lower speed limit than an open or shielded bearing.Integral seals and shields offer a very compact overall design with the additional advantage of protecting the bearing before, during and after installation.And it has an additional advantage of providing early protection for bearings during and after installation.

The normal types of sealed bearing series are JA, JB, JU, and JG series. The width of double-sided sealed bearings is the same as that of open bearings. The sealing performance of the dust cover is sufficient to meet the requirements or where there are corresponding requirements for speed and torque. When the weight and space are tight, we can provide bearings with single-sided sealing/single-sided dust cover as shown in the picture, as long as one side has a seal or dust cover. Whether or not integral seals or shields are specified, bearings must be isolated from hostile environments and debris.

MONTON slim bearing range from bore diameters 1.000 inch to 40.000 inches. crosssection range from .187 x .187 inch to 1.000 x 1.000 inch . MONOTN's slim bearing mainly in three configurations (Types A angular contact ball bearing, C deep groove ball bearing and X four point angular contact ball bearing).Seals type mainly include angular contact ball bearing and deep groove ball bearings.
